I am Nathan Miles and my approach to fitness involves TOTAL BODY WORKOUTS.
I use proven training techniques I learned and personally experienced whilst being trained by experienced personal trainers, trainers that I believe to be amongst the best in the field.
Training sessions cater for all levels of fitness. Come along and train with other people in an outdoor atmosphere. Our training environment is child friendly so your welcome to bring your children to the training sessions.
Personal training sessions are certainly not described as boring, mundane or repetitious. They are fun, energising and challenging. My clients say they certainly consider themselves to have achieved a total body workout after finishing a training session.
I can assist you with getting the results you want to achieve including:
- weight loss
- fitness
- toning
- dietary requirements
Through a positive approach and training techniques my clients acheive the results they want and recognise they deserve the results they acheive.
We make no excuses for not training. We will train you in RAIN, HAIL OR SHINE. You use yourself and the elements to work at maximum intensity to gain that total body workout.
